The Wiener Werkstaette was an Austrian collective, community of visual artist in Vienna, Austria, founded in 1903 by the Austrian artist Koloman Moser and by the Austrian architect, designer Josef Hoffmann. Due financial troubles, the workshop was forced to close in 1932. The Wiener Werkstaette was bringing artists, architects and designers together. Its influence and impact can be seen later in the styles such as Bauhaus and Art Deco.
