Don Petitt was an American furniture designer born in 1925 Ohio, USA and passed away in 2003. Petitt finished his apprenticeship under the American designer George Nelson. In 1952, he joined the Knoll Design Development Group. One of his famous works was the 1105 Chair, which he and Bob Sabage designed, introduced in 1965.
